Our gastronomic itinerary starts from Martina Franca, area of the well-known oil of the Antica Masseria Caroli. Antica Masseria Caroli, in addition to its olive oils, proposes a fine selection of wines, pasta, preserves and condiments... Always in Martina Franca the PUGLIA ALIMENTARE S.r.l. is palaced in the hills in the area of the "Trulli" and the "Masserie" which characterized by a mild climate and by a sub-alkaline soil, mostly formed by clay and sand.

From Locorotondo let’s go to Fasano, in the south-oriental Murgia. Here thanks to the activity of the well-known Renna food firm, it is possible to taste the flavour of the most natural seafood and vegetables: from the sea salad to the eggplants and peppers-based appetizers; from the eggplants rolls to the cuttlefish and octopus fancies.


Now let’s continue our itinerary to Monopoli, splendid coastal town where De Carolis company produces a very fine fresh and dry pasta that can satisfy every type of palate and that is ideal for all occasions: orecchiette, gnocchi, cavatelli, ravioli, trofie, strozzapreti, tortelli, rigatoni exclusively made with first quality ingredients.


Finishing our gastronomic itinerary we make a stop in Putignano, the Carnival town, place of the Merak company producing liqueur and distillates: amaro, limoncello, grappa, rosolio that are ideal to complete a lunch or a dinner and also almond milk and long drinks that can be tasted accompanied by friends both in summer and in winter.
